I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with lovely toiletries, perfect for room service. The location, though perhaps a little remote for some, was convenient with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and only one stop away from Amstelstation. The dining experience was excellent with fresh made-to-order dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel was really dirty with used condoms behind the curtains, dirty towels, lots of dust everywhere, and uncleaned rooms throughout the stay. Despite being expensive, it felt more like a 3-star hotel, especially with drab-looking rooms and clunky furniture. The check-in experience was appreciated as the room was ready early, but cleanliness was a major issue during the stay.

I couldn't help but feel like the rooms were knock-off Ace Hotel designed for style over comfort, but the smart reservation policies and extremely comfortable bed made up for it. The room itself looked straight out of a magazine.
